This seems to effect all revisions of the OS6250-M8
step one:
plug console cable in..
step two:
stretch things*
step three:
turn on OS6250-8M
step four:
hammer the S key until your fingers are sore and raw..
step five:
[Miniboot]-> cd "network"
[Miniboot]-> ls
This may vary "userTable5" Maybe "userTable4"
[Miniboot]-> xdelete "userTable5"
[Miniboot]-> reboot
After you unit has rebooted you should be able to login using the username: admin and Password: switch
All that’s left is to remove the config files.
cd working
dir
delete boot.cfg
copy working certifiedreload
you may want to delete other files like the label.txt and banner.txt or even the SSL certs
